Habits & goals to prioritise in 2025

2025 is about getting our health goals, mindset and lifestyle in alignment. And this begins with adding healthy habits to your routine (and, not least, making sure your fridge is always stocked with delicious cold-pressed juice!). Here are our top resolutions for the new year:

 

1. Meditate daily

Just 5-10 minutes of daily meditation can de-stress, improve your mindset and bring clarity and focus into your life. Try adding meditation to your morning or bedtime routine to make it a regular habit. 

 

2. Set up the business 

Whether it's starting a side hustle or taking the leap and setting up the business you've been thinking about full time, 2025 is the year to do it! Remember, there's never a 'perfect' time, so start living the best version of your life as soon as you can!

 

3. Get a taste for healthy foods and drinks

Switch processed foods to wholefoods, snacks to nutritious meals and sugary juices for freshly cold-pressed juices that retain ALL the nutrients, of course!

 

4. Spend more time in nature

Whether it's a scenic walk, time by the water, on the beach, or five minutes grounding in the garden - even if it's raining - never spend the entire day indoors if you can help it, because this world is too beautiful not to see!

 

5. Sign up to that fitness event you've wanted to do

6. See as many sunrises as you can
